Visiting the Chapel of the Holy Trinity
For conservation reasons, the number of visitors to the Chapel of the Holy Trinity is limited to 60 people per hour.
Tickets for the Chapel can be purchased for a specific full hour (9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.). Tickets can be bought:
– at the ticket office
– at the ticket machine in the castle courtyard
– online at www.bilety.mnwl.pl
For groups of more than 10 people, ticket reservations are mandatory. Reservations can be made via email at rezerwacja@mnwl.pl from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
To make a reservation, please provide the following information:
- Date and time of entry to the Chapel
- Number of regular tickets
- Number of discounted tickets
- Full name and address of the person making the reservation (for individuals)
- Name, address, and tax identification number (NIP) of the company (for business reservations)
– A confirmation email will be sent to the reserving person’s email address
– Payment for reserved tickets must be made at the museum ticket office before the visit
– If a reserved group does not arrive at the ticket office and pay for their tickets before the scheduled time, the reservation will be canceled, and the tickets will be released for general sale
