The original equipment of the manor house has not survived. The aim of the creators of the exhibition was not to reconstruct it. The current interior is a museum arrangement, made of items from the era in which Wincenty Pol lived. It is an illustration of a biographical story, provides with an idea of the furnishings of this type of interior at the time, creates an atmosphere that facilitates a conceptual transfer to that world.

The permanent exhibition, covering two halls and three rooms on the ground floor, combines elements of furniture and decorations with a biographical exhibition. One will be introduced to the biography of the main protagonist of the museum story, get to know his relatives and cousins, friends, companions of scientific journeys, commanders, employers and patrons. One will see the city of birth, subsequent places of stay, study, fight and work, one will traverse travel routes and events that he was a participant or witness to.

One will look between the pages of his literary and scientific works. Everything is shown on the background of the history of 19th-century Poland and Europe, as well as the history of science and culture. We invite you to a variety of temporary exhibitions in the field of natural science, history, literature and art to the exhibition rooms on the lower floor.
