Principles and price list for making public sector information available by the National Museum in Lublin
Fee: The National Museum in Lublin makes public sector information available for a fee, taking into account the purpose of use and the costs incurred in preparing the information. In justified cases, the Director of the Museum may determine a reduced fee or waive the fee.

Commercial purpose: Includes any use of information that involves making a profit, such as publications, advertising, sales. Examples include publication in books, promotional events, or film productions.
Non-commercial purpose: Refers to the use of information for educational, research or personal purposes that do not generate a profit.
Procedure:
- Submission of requests: Requests can be submitted in writing to the Museum or electronically to kancelaria@mnwl.pl.

- Payments: Payments must be made by prior arrangement with the Museum staff and upon receiving the invoice.
The sharing of images of the collection of The National Museum in Lublin results from the Ordinance No. 18/2026 on defining the conditions and price list for re-use of public sector information, in force since 09.02.2026.
